Return & Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy sets out the terms under which you may return products purchased from Trozelonaosnyx via trozelonaosnyx.world. We operate in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts under German and EU consumer law.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the European Union purchasing through a distance sales channel, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days of the date on which you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period by means of a clear and unambiguous statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The withdrawal notice is submitted within the 14-day period from the date of delivery.
• The product is returned in its original, unopened and undamaged condition.
• The original packaging is intact and the seal has not been broken.
• For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

4. Return Process

1. Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days by email to inquiry-ask@trozelonaosnyx.world or by post to the address below.
2. You will receive a return authorisation and the return address by reply.
3. Send the product back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal.
4. Please use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was delivered in error or is defective.

5. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days of the date on which we receive your withdrawal notice (or the date we receive the returned goods, whichever is later). The refund will be made using the same payment method as your original transaction, at no additional cost to you.

The refund will cover the full purchase price of the product including the original standard delivery cost. If you chose an express or premium delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever is earlier.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Your statutory warranty rights under §§ 434 et seq. BGB (German Civil Code) remain unaffected by this policy.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 312g(2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. This applies to opened packages of Medivorin capsules. Your statutory defect warranty rights are not affected.
